Instead of physical log books, when visitors, contractors, employees, or volunteers arrive at the property/site they use a smartphone or smart device camera to scan the QR code. This takes them to a web page to insert their name, company, email and phone number followed by 5-7 affirming questions. These questions relate to their general obligations under the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Biosecurity Acts per your state or territory.

Manage risks and incidents easily to ensure compliance. Report incidents or near misses from anywhere on the property and upload photos.
